CBT is a LEGAL REQUIREMENT one is required before you can
ride your motorcycle, moped or scooter on a public roar as a
learner. The CBT course introduces you to the basic riding
skills you need n order to be safe on the roads. CBT starts

through the DSAs CBT syllabus getting you used to
controlling the bike safely. For this reason a large portion
of the course is spent off-road, this enables you to learn
and practice the techniques without having to worry about
other traffic.

: Introduction to Bike Brakes
:
Introduction to Bike Clutches
: Introduction to Bike Gears (manual)

and Parking
: Walking with the Bike
: Getting
it on and off the stand
: Slow control and road practice
: Approaching Junctions.
: Procedure for turning left / right
Compulsory skills includes learning the emergency stop
and U turn then the real thing out on the road in
radio contact with your instructor, putting it all together,
Finally earning the right to have your CBT.
After completing a minimum of two hours on the road and
riding to a safe standard and after completing your CBT you
must keep your "L" Plates on, you must mot carry a pillion
passenger until you have passed your full DSA Motorcycle
test (please ask for details of this course)
